人类乳头状病毒(HPV)检测对宫颈癌前病变的预测价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 综合分析人类乳头状病毒（HPV）检测对宫颈癌前病变的预测价值，为治疗宫颈癌前病变患者提供科学的数据参考。方法 研究资料为方便选取2015年10月―2016年6月该院收治的宫颈癌前病变患者98例为研究对象，经患者同意，伦理委员会批准，按照检测方法的不同，分为实验组与对照组，每组49例。对照组应用传统宫颈细胞学检测方法，实验组应用HPV检测方法。采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组患者的特异度以及灵敏度。结果 病理学检查结果显示实验组中有15例阳性患者、34例阴性患者，实验组灵敏度、特异度分别为93.33%（14/15）、91.18%（31/34）；对照组灵敏度、特异度分别为73.33%（11/15）、73.53%（25/34），实验组灵敏度与特异度均远远高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 HPV检测对宫颈癌前病变的预测价值比较高。 　　[关键词] HPV检测；宫颈癌前病变；预测价值 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（a）-0036-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To comprehensively analyze the predictive value of HPV test for precancerous lesions of uterine cervix thus providing scientific reference for treating the patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix. Methods Convenient selection 98 cases of patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with the content of patients according to different test methods with 49 cases in each， the control group adopted the traditional cervical cytology method， while the experimental group adopted the HPV test method， and the specificity and sensitivity of patients were statistically analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 statistical software. Results The pathology examination results showed that there were 15 cases of positive patients and 34 negative patients in the experimental group， and the sensitivity and specificity were respectively 93.33%（14/15） and 91.18%（31/34） in the experimental group and 73.33%（11/15） and 73.53%（25/34） in the control group， and the sensitively and specificity in the experimental group were much higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.
