Charts display the following: Major Disruptions (Spills, Downtime, Stockouts) PRRs Discrepant Parts PPM Sourcing Metrics Supplier evaluation system that ranks each supplier manufacturing location in terms of overall quality in one of three categories: green, yellow or red. The ranking criteria are based on the historical commodity performance.
