优化阴道入路手术截石位安置对患者舒适度的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 优化阴道入路手术截石位安置，提高手术患者舒适度。 方法 选择本院妇科2011年9月～2014年8月经阴道入路手术患者100例，将其随机分成研究组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用传统型截石位，研究组采取优化型截石位，观察术中及术后对患者舒适度的影响。 结果 研究组患者舒适度优于对照组，术后肢体酸痛及阴道异样感的发生率显著低于对照组，手术时间也短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 阴道入路手术采用优化型截石位可有提高手术患者的舒适度，缩短手术时间。 　　[关键词] 优化；截石位；阴道入路手术；舒适 　　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0174-03 　　Effect of optimized transvaginal approach surgery in lithotomy position placed on comfort degree of patients 　　LI Lian-ying LIU Yan-mei LI Xue-qing ZUO Yu-tao MENG Yuan-zhen MA Xue-lian YU Yun-yan 　　Operating Room，Red Cross Hospital of Wuzhou City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Wuzhou 543002，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To modify the lithotomy position of transvaginal approach surgery for optimization the comfort of operative patient. Methods 100 patients with transvaginal approach surgery in our hospital department of gynaecology from September 2011 to August 2014 were selected，and they were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=50） and the control group（n=50）.The control group was performed by the routine ithotomy position，the experimental group was performed by the optimization ithotomy position.The patient comforts were analyzed in the process of operation and after surgery. Results The patient comforts in experimental group was better than that of control group，the incidence of postoperative pain and vaginal pain in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group，operation time in experimental group was shorter than that of control group，the difference was significant（P0.05）.
