优化首台手术延迟的探讨与对策 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨首台手术延迟开始各种原因，为提升手术室工作效率采取针对性措施。 方法 对我院2013年1～6月择期首台手术延时资料进行统计分析，并对部分手术病种准时率进行优化，确定评价指标，加强行政干预。结果 2013年7～9月手术延迟发生率低于2013年1～6月，差异均有统计学意义（χ2=16.83，P0.01）。首台手术未准时开台比率由87.58%降低到56.00%（χ2=48.74，P0.01）。 结论 手术室延迟原因众多，实施流程管理、借助科技手段、制定奖惩制度、加大术前宣传、争取政策支持等都是加强手术室科学管理、提高工作效率、节约人力成本、提升患者满意度的重要举措。 　　[关键词] 手术室；工作效率；首台手术；患者满意度 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）31-0108-04 　　Exploration and countermeasures of optimizing first operation delay 　　DONG Mei LIN Bei BAO Jing JIANG Ling WU Guorong 　　Operating Room， Ningbo Second People’s Hospital， Ningbo 315010， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate various causes of first operation delay in order to take specific measures to improve the work efficiency in the operating room. Methods The delayed time of selective first operations in our hospital from January to June 2013 was analyzed statistically and the punctuality rates of part surgical diseases were optimized. The evaluation indicators were determined and the administrative intervention was enhanced. Results The incidence of operation delay from July to September 2013 was lower than that from January to June 2013， with statistically significant difference （χ2=16.83， P0.01）. The proportion of delayed first operations decreased from 87.58% to 56.00% （χ2=48.74， P0.01）. Conclusion The causes of delayed operations are various. Implementation of process management， use of scientific and technological means， development of rewards and punishment system， enhancement of preoperative publicity and seek of policy support are all important measures to strengthen the scientific management of operating rooms， improve work efficiency， save labor costs and improve patient satisfaction. 　　[Key words] Operating room； Work efficiency； First operation； Patient satisfaction 　　宁波市第二医院是一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的综合性三级甲等医院，有床位数1827张，医院现有两个手术室，其中综合楼手术室共有14间手术间，1间术前准备室和1间手术恢复室及腔镜清洗室。我院综合楼手术室是医疗资源最为集中的部门，涉及部门较多，手术室的工作效率不仅直接关系到外科室的工作效率，也直接影响到医患双方的和谐程度。我院综合楼手术室护理人员42人，2013年
