低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症的疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 该研究主要探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症的临床应用价值。方法 该院2013年5月―2015年5月期间共收治了90例患有鼾症的儿童患者，从中随机选取60例作为该次研究对象，将60例鼾症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组患者给予低温等离子消融术进行治疗，对照组患者给予扁桃体联合腺样切除术进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组和对照组患者的伪膜形成和脱落时间分别为：（17.51±1.96） h、（26.43±2.78） h，差异有统计学意义。此外，观察组患者术后引流量、术中出血量以及呼吸暂停低通气指数等明显低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 该研究结果表明，低温等离子消融术治疗鼾症患儿，有助于提高患者的治疗效果，减少术中出血量和术后引流量，缩短伪膜的形成和脱落时间，促进患者早日康复，值得大力推广应用。 　　[关键词] 儿童鼾症；扁桃体联合腺样切除术；低温等离子消融术；治疗效果；呼吸暂停低通气指数 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0062-02 　　Curative Effect Analysis of Radiofrequency Ablation in Treatment of Snore Symptom in Children 　　WANG Yan-wen 　　Shanghai Peoples Hospital of Pudong New Area，Shanghai，201200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical application value of radiofrequency ablation in treatment of snore symptom in children.
