优质护理在80例白内障患者围手术期的应用价值 　　摘 要 目的：探讨优质护理在白内障患者围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法：选取需进行手术治疗的白内障老年患者160例随机分为观察组和对照组各80例；对照组给予常规围手术期护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理。对比两组患者平均住院时间、病情知晓情况、护理满意度及术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者平均住院天数显著短于对照组；疾病认知率显著高于对照组（33.75% vs 96.25%）；护理满意度显著优于对照组（96.25% vs 81.25%）；并发症发生率显著低于对照组（2.50% vs 13.75%）。差异均有统计学意义。结论：优质护理应用于白内障患者围手术期护理，可显著缩短患者平均住院天数，提升患者疾病认知率及护理满意度，同时还可显著降低患者并发症发生率。 　　关键词 白内障 围手术期 优质护理 　　中图分类号：R473.77 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）05-0037-04 　　Value of application of high-quality nursing in 80 cases of cataract patients at perioperative period 　　ZHANG Heli* 　　（Department of Ophthalmology， Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang， Nanyang 473000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the value of high-quality nursing in perioperative period of cataract patients. Methods： One hundred and sixty cases of cataract patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 80 cases each. The routine perioperative period nursing was taken in the control group and high-quality nursing was taken in the observation group on the basis of control group. The average hospitalization period， awareness of disease condition， nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The average hospitalization period was shorter in the observation group than in the control group and the nursing satisfaction was better in the observation group than in the control group （96.25% vs 33.75%）. The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （2.50% vs 13.75%）. All the differences were statistically significant.
