优质护理对非小细胞肺癌化疗同步适形调强放疗患者生存质量的影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究优质护理对非小细胞肺癌化疗同步适形调强放疗患者生存质量的影响。 方法 2013年4月～2014年5月随机选取我院的化疗同步适形调强放疗患者104例。以数字法随机分成观察组（n=52）和对照组（n=52）。其中对照组患者采用常规的护理方法，观察组患者给予优质护理。对比两组护理后的满意度及生活质量等。 结果 观察组患者满意率、肺原始灶完全缓解率、总有效率以及生活质量良好率均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P0.05）。 结论 优质护理对非小细胞肺癌化疗同步适形调强放疗患者，能提高患者的生活质量，安全性较好，值得临床推荐。 　　[关键词] 非小细胞肺癌；同步适形调强放疗；护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）14-0134-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of the nursing quality of non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy patients with synchronous conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy quality of life. Methods From April 2013 to May 2014， 104 cases of patients with chemotherapy in our hospital in the synchronization of conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy were randomly divided into observation group （52 cases） and control group （52 cases） by digital method. The control group was treated by routine nursing methods while the observation group patients were given with the high quality nursing care， and the satisfaction and quality of life outcomes were compared in two groups. Results The rate in the observation group at the satisfaction of the lung original kitchen complete response ratio， total effective ratio and quality of life in the a good proportion int observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， with statistically significant differences（all P0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care for non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy patients with synchronous conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy， can improve the patients quality of life， with security， it is worthy of clinical promotions. 　　[Key words] Non-small cell lung cancer； Synchronous conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy； Nursing 　　肺癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一，在发现时通常多属晚期，已失去手术指征。近年来，肺癌的发病率显著提高，特别是在一些工业大城市中。肺癌的主要特点为肿瘤细胞倍增时间短、进展快、恶性程度高。临床上以放疗和化疗为主要的治疗方法，但在放疗后存在毒副作用，给患者带来巨大心理压力，医务人员可通过护理干预来解除患者的消极心理，提高患者的生活质量[1]。鉴于此，本文探讨优质护理对非小细胞肺癌化疗同步适形调强放疗患者的效果，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1
