优质护理服务中人性化服务与患者满意度的相关性分析   [摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理服务中人性化服务与患者满意度的相关性。 方法 抽选我院120例外科住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取优质护理服务模式,比较两组患者护理满意度、不良反应及护理得分情况。 结果 观察组的护理满意度为90.00%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组不良反应率为3.33%,对照组不良反应率为13.33%,明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组给予护理工作满分者明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 在医院护理工作中,运用人性化的优质护理服务模式能够减少患者不良反应的发生,有利于患者康复,提升患者的护理满意度,从而减少护患纠纷。   [关键词] 优质护理;人性化服务;护理满意度;不良反应   [中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616(2015)24-145-04   [Abstract] Objective To explore correlation of humanistic service and nursing satisfaction degree of patients in high quality nursing service. Methods 120 inpatients in department of surgery of our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 in each. The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was received high quality nursing service mode.Nursing satisfaction degree,adverse reactions and nursing scores of two groups were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%. Difference between two groups were significant (P0.05).Rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 3.33%,and that of the control group was 13.33%.Rate of adverse reactions of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group and the difference between two groups were significant(P0.05).In the observation group, number of people who getting full scores in nursing work was significantly larger than that of the control group.Difference between two groups were significant,(P0.05). Conclusion In hospital nursing work, the humanistic high quality nursing service mode can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions which is helpful for rehabilitation of patients.In addition,it can improve satisfaction degree of patients to reduce nurse-patient disputes.
