低离子聚凝胺技术在临床输血检验中的应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：分析低离子聚凝胺技术在临床输血检验的临床实用价值。方法：选取2015年5月-2016年8月笔者所在医院收治的450例受血者，受血者和供血者的血样均采用了盐水介质法和低离子聚凝胺技术（MPT）进行交叉配血。结果：在450名受血者中，采用MPT配血法显示阳性的有35例（7.78%），其中，33例在显微镜下均能见到特异性细胞凝集。用盐水介质法显示阳性的有20例（4.44%），但在显微镜下可见特异性细胞凝集的只有14例。MPT法的灵敏度为97.11%（437/450），准确度为94.89%（427/450），稳定性为95.11%（428/450），耗时（4.15±0.56）min；盐水介质法的灵敏度为77.33%（348/450），准确度为73.78%（332/450），稳定性为78.44%（353/450），耗时（7.22±1.84）min。结论：低离子聚凝胺技术用于临床输血检验时快速有效、结果准确、特异性高，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 低离子聚凝胺； 交叉配血； 输血检验； 盐水介质法 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2017.26.027 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）26-0052-02 　　Value of Manual Polybrene Test in Blood Cross Matching/ZHOU Fang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（26）：52-53 　　【Abstact】 Objective：To investigate the value of manual polybrene test in blood cross matching.Method：450 eligible recipients were recruited from May 2015 to August 2016.All the recipients’ and the donors’ blood were tested by both manual polybrene test（MPT） and saline water method.Result：In 450 recipients，35 cases（7.78%） showed positive by MPT，and 33 cases of them had been found significant cell agglutination under the microscope.By saline water method 20 cases（4.44%） showed positive and 14 of them got significant cell agglutination.The sensitivity of MPT was 97.11%（437/450），the accuracy was 94.89%（427/450），the stability was 95.11%（428/450），and it cost （4.15±0.56）min.And by the method of saline water，the sensitivity was 77.33%（348/450），the accuracy was 73.78% （332/450），the stability was 78.44%（353/450），and it cost （7.22±1.84）min，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Manual polybrene test is fast and effective，has accurate results and high specific；it is worthy of application in blood cross matching. 　　【Key words】 Manual polybrene test； Blood cross matching； Transfusion testing； Saline water method 　　First-author’s address：Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu，Bengbu 233050，China 　　临床输血时，单纯的同型输血已经不能满足现在的安全需要，在每次输血前都需要对受血者及供血者进行交叉配血试验[1]。而交叉配血试验的准确性和及时性对患者的生命安全十分重要，是输血安
