健康教育对糖尿病患者知识认知程度及用药依从性的影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究对糖尿病患者实施健康教育对其糖尿病知识认知程度及用药依从性的影响作用。 方法 选取2014年6月―2015年6月到该院就诊的90例糖尿病患者，随机分为干预组和对照组，对前者实施健康教育，对后者则单纯告知用药说明，对比两组糖尿病认知情况与用药依从率。 结果 干预组糖尿病知识认知优良率与用药依从率均比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对糖尿病患者实施健康教育有助于患者掌握糖尿病知识，提高用药的依从性，推荐使用。 　　[关键词] 健康教育；糖尿病；依从性 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）04（a）-0003-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of health education on the cognitive degree of diabetes and medication compliance in patients with diabetes. Methods 90 patients with diabetes visited our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group were informed of health education， while the control group were only informed of medication instructions. The cognitive degree of diabetes and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of understanding the diabetic knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. The medication compliance was higher in the intervention group than in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Health education given to patients with diabetes is conducive to understanding the diabetic knowledge， and improving the medication compliance， so it can be recommended for application. 　　[Key words] Health education； Diabetes； Compliance 　　大部分糖尿病患者因为对糖尿病知识掌握不够，缺乏对糖尿病的全面认识，因此在治疗与护理过程中未能有效地配合，进而影响了疾病治疗的效果。因此，加强糖尿病患者对糖尿病相关知识的认知，提高其治疗与用药的依从性对控制患者病情非常关键[1-2]。该院对45例糖尿病患者实施健康教育，效果理想，现报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2014年6月―2015年6月在该院接受治疗的90例糖尿病患者为研究对象，随机分为2组，干预组45例，女性21例，男性24例，年龄27～70岁，平均年龄（42.15±6.11）岁；病程2～16年，平均病程（4.16±1.11）年；文化水平：小学及以下9例，中学16例，专科10例，大学及以上10例。对照组45例，女性22例，男性23例；年龄28～71岁，平均年龄（43.21±6.13）岁；病程1～16年，平均病程（4.24±1.07）年；文化水平：小学及以下10例，中学15例，专科10例，大学及以上10例。两组一般资料差异无统计学意义（P0.05），有可比性。 　　1.2 方法 　　对对照组患者单纯告知用药的重要性、用药方法以及相关的注意事项。对干预组患者实施健康教育，主要内容有：①介绍糖尿病的相关基本知识，主要包括糖尿病发病原因、发病机制、主要症状、治疗方式、预后与饮食结构等。使患者能正确认识对糖尿病及其治疗，从而以积极主动态度坚持配合治疗。②药物治疗知识的
