小儿高热惊厥32例急救体会 　　（1.衡阳市中心医院儿科，湖南 衡阳，421001；2.长沙市中心医院儿科，湖南 长沙，410004） 　　【摘 要】 目的：探讨小儿高热惊厥的急救对策。方法：回顾我院儿科门诊在2013年4月-2013年8月期间抢救的32例高热惊厥患儿的处理方法，首先保证呼吸畅通，再使用药物控制、针刺穴位方法止惊，必要时及时采用药物止惊，同时配合给养、物理降温等对症治疗方法进行处理。结果：32例患儿全部治愈，其中采用针刺合谷、涌泉、人中等穴位有效的有6例，占18.75 %；针刺无效时，立即进行药物控制的有26例，占81.25 %。32例高热惊厥的患儿无一窒息。结论：小儿发生高热惊厥时，应立即救治，采用针刺穴位、药物止惊的同时，要及时进行物理降温等对症治疗。只要能及时进行抢救，惊厥发作就可以得到有效的控制。 　　【关键词】 小儿 高热惊厥 急救 　　Experience of emergency treatment for 32 cases of children with febrile convulsion 　　Zhang Xiaofo 　　（ Department of pediatrics， Central Hospital of Hengyang，Hengyang， Hunan 421001， China） 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the emergency countermeasures of children with febrile convulsion.Methods： We reviewed the rescue methods of 32 cases febrile seizures children in pediatric outpatient service of our hospital from April 2013 to August 2013. First， the doctors must ensured the patient breath smoothly， Then restrained the fright with the acupuncture point method， using medicine if necessary，coordinating Oxygen， physical cooling and other symptomatic treatment at the same time .Results： 32 cases of children were all cured. Using acupuncture hegu、yongquan、renzhong acupoint and so on is effective， it has six example， accounting for 18.75%； when acupuncture had no effect， 26 cases who were treated immediately by medicine control， accounting for 81.25%. No one asphyxia happened among the 32 cases of the children with febrile convulsion.Conclusion： when children with febrile convulsion occurs， using acupuncture， drug check fright at the same time using physical cooling and other symptomatic treatment in time.
