全程护理干预防范阑尾炎术后并发切口感染患者产生医疗纠纷效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨全程护理干预防范阑尾炎术后并发切口感染的患者产生医疗纠纷的效果。 方法 选择合适时机进行全程护理干预的一组为观察组，按常规护理的一组为对照组，对比观察组与对照组患者阑尾炎术后并发切口感染的发生率、就医满意率、产生医疗纠纷率。 结果 观察组与对照组患者阑尾炎术后并发切口感染的产生医疗纠纷的发生率分别为9.1%和53.8%，差异具有统计意义（P0.05）。观察组患者就医满意率98.5%高于对照组88.5%，差异具有统计意义（P0.05）。 结论 通过选择合适的时机进行正确的全程的护理干预可以显著降低阑尾炎术后并发切口感染的患者产生医疗纠纷的发生率，可以维持和促进良好与和谐的的医患关系，提高就医满意率，值得临床应用推广。 　　[关键词] 全程护理干预；切口感染；医疗纠纷； 阑尾炎 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）13-138-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in prevention of medical dispute from complicated with incision infection after appendectomy patients. Methods The patients with whole nursing intervention during the appropriate time were selected as the observation group， patients with routine nursing care were selected as the control group， concurrent incidence of wound infection， medical treatment satisfaction rate， resulting in medical malpractice rates of postoperative patients with appendicitis between the observation group and the control group were compared. Results The postoperative wound infection and appendicitis produces medical malpractice incidence of patients in the observation group and control group was 9.1% and 53.8% respectively， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Medical observation group were 98.5%， higher than the satisfaction rate was 88.5%， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
