全身麻醉与椎管内麻醉对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后恢复效果影响对比 　　【摘要】 目的：探究全身麻醉与椎管内麻醉对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后恢复效果的影响。方法：选取2014年4月-2017年4月于笔者所在医院就诊的70例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象，按照麻醉方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。其中对照组给予全身麻醉，观察组给予椎管内麻醉，比较两组患者术后的恢复情况。结果：观察组呼吸系统感染、泌尿系统感染、认知障碍等并发症总发生率明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（字2=6.436 8，P0.05）；观察组术后下地活动时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（t=11.778 7、4.885 9，P0.05）。结论：椎管内麻醉在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者时预后效果更佳，有助于患者的术后恢复。 　　【关键词】 全身麻醉； 椎管内麻醉； 老年股骨粗隆间骨折； 术后恢复效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.7.052 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）07-0112-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia on postoperative recovery of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Method：From April 2014 to April 2017，70 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture inthe author’s hospital were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and the observation group，35 cases in each group，according to different methods of anesthesia.The control group was treated with general anesthesia，and the observation group received spinal anesthesia，the postoperative recovery between the two groups of patients were compared.Result：The total incidence of complications of respiratory system infection，urinary system infection，cognitive disorder in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group，the differences was statistically significant（字2=6.436 8，P0.05）.The postoperative ambulation time，fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（t=11.778 7，4.885 9，P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of intraspinal anesthesia in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture is better，and it is helpful for the postoperative recovery of patients. 　　【Key words】 General anesthesia； Spinal anesthesia； Elderly intertrochanteric fracture； Postoperative recovery effect 　　First-author’s address：Hanchuan People’s Hospital，Hanchuan 431600，China 　　?S着我国人口老龄化进程的不断增加，老年股骨粗隆间骨折患
