张家口市某办公楼供暖及给排水工程设计 摘 要 本设计主要是对张家口市某办公楼进行采暖及给排水工程的设计。建筑总体为六层，采暖系统形式采用单管垂直跨越式热水供暖系统，二到六层为上供下回式，一层为上供上回式，供回水温度为95℃/70℃。采暖系统采用散热器采暖，其中在散热器与立管连接的支管上安装跨越管和三通阀，这样既可以节能又可以满足用户自行调节室内温度的需求，以达到房间内的舒适性。此外该采暖系统还具有经济、稳定性好、排气方便、构造简单等优点。 由于该建筑层数少层高较低，且六层无用水器具，市政给水管网水压和配水量足以满足建筑的用水要求，因此在给排水设计方面采用直接给水的方式。排水方面采用屋顶设通气阀的普通单立管排水系统。 消防设计方面采用的是消火栓灭火系统，室内消火栓管路呈环状，屋顶及地下分别设置消防水箱及水池，并连接加压水泵以满足消火栓供水压力。 关键词：单管垂直跨越式；散热器采暖；给排水设计；消防设计 Zhangjiakou one office building heating and water supply and drainage engineering design Abstract This design mainly is an office building in Zhangjiakou for heating and water supply and drainage engineering design. Drainage ways to choose the land is have common ventilation pipe drainage system.
