凝血因子检测在重症肝病中临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨凝血因子在重症肝病临床诊断中的意义。方法 选利用BE Compact全自动血凝仪比色法，对选取的60例患者凝血因子的活性水平进行检测，并选取50例健康人，对其饮血因子活性进行检测作为对照组，与其进行对比。 结果 经检测发现，60例患者凝血因子的活性水平明显低于50例健康人凝血因子的活性水平。因此，对凝血因子活性水平测定，可以更及时、更准确地为诊断重症肝病提供有效参考依据，提高预后。 结论 凝血因子活性测定有利于重症肝病的诊断，其可作为肝脏合成的可靠指标。对其进行测定也可全面了解重症肝病患者凝血因子缺乏的程度，以及判断肝功能损害程度，并可采取有效措施进行预防，其对临床诊治重症肝病和指导用药具有重要意义，能有效提高患者预后。 　　[关键词] 凝血因子检测；重症肝病；临床应用 　　[中图分类号] R725 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（a）-0054-02 　　Detection of Clotting Factor in Severe Liver Disease in Clinical Application 　　ZHANG Xiuhui 　　The first peoples hospital in shenyang Clinical Laboratory Shengyang City in Liaoning Province，110041，China 　　[Abstract] Objective Explore clotting factors in the diagnosis of severe liver disease clinical significance. Conclusion Clotting factor activity determination is helpful for the diagnosis of severe liver disease， which can be used as a reliable indicator of liver.
