前列地尔联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑卒中临床疗效分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨前列地尔联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法 选取2013年10月～2015年10月我院收治的90例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用神经节苷脂进行治疗，观察组在此基础上加用前列地尔治疗，均连续治疗2周，观察并对比两组临床疗效、治疗后神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分及血清炎症因子情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%，明显高于对照组的77.78%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组患者的日常生活能力评分明显升高，神经功能缺损评分明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。观察组患者治疗后的血清肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、C反应蛋白（CRP）及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）均较对照组治疗后低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 前列地尔联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑卒中有良好效果，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]缺血性脑卒中；前列地尔；神经节苷脂；疗效分析 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）07（a）-0150-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of application of alprostadil and ganglioside in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods Altogether 90 cases of ischemic stroke patients admitted to the hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group and 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with ganglioside；alprostadil was added to the treatment of observation group based on control group.Both group were treated continuously for 2 weeks to observe and compare the clinical efficacy，post-treatment neurological deficiency score（NDS），the activities of daily living（ADL） score and serum inflammatory factor of the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate of Observation Group was 95.56%，higher than 77.78% in control group with statistical difference（P0.05）.In contrast with control group，the ADL score of the patients in observation group were significantly increased，and the NDS score was significantly lower with statistical difference（P0.01）.The post-treatment serum levels of TNF-α，CRP and IL-6 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group respectively with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of application of alprostadil and ganglioside in the treatment of ischemic stroke shows good effect and it deserves recommendation. 　　[Key words]Ischemic stroke；Alprostadil；Ganglioside；Curative e
