加强公共消防安全管理思路与对策 　　摘要：党的十九大作出的我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾的重大政治论断，反映了我国社会发展的客观实际，为加快推进消防事业发展提供了前所未有的政策机遇，同时，新形势下的消防工作也将面临更加严峻的挑战和考验。必须认真研判公共消防安全管理的短板、挑战，提出针对性的对策和措施。必须深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神，牢固树立安全发展理念和生命至上、安全第一的指导思想，始终坚持预防为主，严格履行消防安全监管职责，深入开展火灾隐患排查整治，不断提升部队灭火救援能力，切实履行好防火灭火和应急救援的职责使命。坚定信心，尽职尽责，不断提升公共消防安全管理的能力和水平，为新时代经济社会发展和人民群众安居乐业创造更加良好的消防安全环境。 　　Abstract： The major political argument made by the Partys Nineteenth Congress that the main social contradiction in China has transformed into a conflict between the peoples growing good living needs and unbalanced and uneven development reflects the objective reality of Chinas social development， which provides unprecedented policy opportunities for promoting the development of the fire protection industry. At the same time， the fire protection work in the new situation will also face more severe challenges and tests. We must carefully study the shortcomings and challenges of public fire safety management and propose specific countermeasures and measures. We must thoroughly study and implement the partys spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China， firmly establish the concept of safe development and the guiding principle of the supremacy of life and safety， always insist on prevention， strictly perform fire safety supervision duties， carry out investigations and rectification of fire hazards， and continuously upgrade troops fire fighting and rescue capabilities， and effectively fulfill the mission of fire prevention and emergency rescue.
