利用单极电刀切除扁桃体与传统方法切除扁桃体疗效比较 　　[摘要] 目的 总结分析单极电刀切除扁桃体与传统方法切除扁桃体的临床疗效。 方法 选择2009年6月～2012年11月期间我院收治的100例需择期进行切除扁桃体手术的患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组患者选择单极电刀切除扁桃体，对照组患者选择传统方法切除扁桃体，比较两组患者术中出血量、实际手术时间、麻醉时间、手术后咽痛、手术后咽部水肿、扁桃体窝伪膜生长状况、吞咽功能、说话功能等。 结果 观察组术中出血量（12.5±5.9）mL、手术时间（20.7±10.2）min、麻醉时间（25.2±5.6）min，明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者咽痛评分优良率100.00%明显高于对照组82.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 与传统方法切除扁桃体相比，利用单极电刀切除扁桃体能减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间，术后相关指标恢复也明显优于传统方法，临床值得推广使用。 　　[关键词] 单极电刀；扁桃体切除手术；传统方法 　　[中图分类号] R762 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）24-186-02 　　Comparison of efficacy of monopolar electrocautery tonsillectomy and conventional methods tonsillectomy 　　HUANG Hua YU Jianju 　　Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology， the Third Peoples Hospital of Hechi City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region， Hechi 547000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical effect of monopolar electrocautery tonsillectomy and conventional methods tonsillectomy. Methods 100 patients required elective surgery for tonsillectomy in our hospital from June 2009 to August 2012 were divided into the observation group（50）， treated with monopolar electrocautery tonsillectomy， and the control group（50）， treated with conventional methods tonsillectomy. The blood loss， the actual operative time， anesthesia time， postoperative sore throat after surgery， eye edema， pseudomembranous tonsillar fossa growth conditions， swallowing and speech function of two groups were analysed. Results Blood loss （12.5±5.9） Ml， operative time （20.7±10.2）min， anesthesia time （25.2±5.6） min of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group（P0.05）. Excellent rate of sore throat score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.00%），（P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional methods tonsillectomy， using monopolar electrocautery tonsillectomy can reduce blood loss， shorter operative time and postoperative recovery of relevant indicators is also better than tradition
