后腹腔镜与输尿管软镜联合在输尿管上段结石和肾结石治疗中应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨后腹腔镜与输尿管软镜联合在输尿管上段结石和肾结石治疗中的应用分析。方法：采集笔者所在医院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的输尿管上段结石和肾结石病例共56例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组28例。对照组采用后输尿管软镜手术方法，治疗组在对照组基础上采用后腹腔镜与输尿管软镜联合手术治疗，观察两组临床效果。结果：手术后，56例患者结石均全部取出，同时自身不适症状均有明显缓解。治疗组手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间、引流管拔除时间、导管拔除时间、下床活动时间等方面均优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：后腹腔镜与输尿管软镜联合在输尿管上段结石和肾结石治疗中效果较好，值得临床广泛应用。 　　【关键词】 后腹腔镜； 输尿管软镜； 输尿管上段结石； 肾结石 　　中图分类号 R692.4 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）24-0031-03 　　Application Analysis of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Combined with Flexible Ureteroscope in the Treatment of the Upper Ureteral Calculi and Renal Calculi/ZHAI Yu-zhang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（24）：31-33 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate application analysis of the retroperitoneal combined with flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of the upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi.Method： Fifty-six patients of the upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were divided into the treatment group and the control group， each group of 28 cases. The control group was adopted flexible ureteroscope operation method. The treatment group based on the use of laparoscopic and flexible ureteroscope combined with operation therapy. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared after treatment.Result： Fifty-six patients were removed out of stones， and their symptoms were significantly improved after operation. The amount of bleeding in operation， operation time， hospitalization time， drainage tube removal time， extubation time， ambulation time in the treatment group were better than the control group， and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic combined with flexible ureteroscope in treatment of upper ureteral calculi and renal stones is good， which is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Retroperitoneal laparoscopic； Flexible ureteroscope； Upper ureteral cal
