厄贝沙坦联合常规治疗在改善高血压患者左室肥厚和心率变异性中作用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨厄贝沙坦联合常规治疗在改善高血压患者左室肥厚和心率变异性中的作用。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年12月我院收治的80例高血压患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其平均分为两组，每组各40例。对照组患者采用常规治疗，研究组患者给予厄贝沙坦联合常规治疗。比较两组患者干预前后的血压、左心室结构及心率变异性指标。结果 干预后，研究组患者的收缩压、舒张压低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的左室结构各指标低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的SDANN、SDNN、rMSSD、PNN50及HF指标均高于对照组，LF及LF/HF均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在高血压患者治疗中选择厄贝沙坦联合常规治疗可显著降低患者血压，改善患者左心室结构及心率变异性，对患者有积极的促进作用，值得在临床上推广使用。 　　[关键词]厄贝沙坦；高血压；左室肥厚；心率变异性 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（a）-0051-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Irbesartan combined with conventional therapy on left ventricular hypertrophy and heart rate variability in patients with hypertension.Methods 80 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method，40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy，patients in the study group were given Irbesartan combined with conventional therapy.The blood pressure，left ventricular structure indexs and heart rate variability indexs were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention，the systolic and diastolic pressure of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistical significance （P0.05）.The left ventricular correlation indexs of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistical significance （P0.05）.The indexes of SDANN，SDNN，rMSSD，PNN50 and HF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group，and the LF and LF/HF were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hypertension in the choice of Irbesartan combined with routine treatment can significantly reduce the blood pressur
