卡孕栓联合益母草注射液预防多胎妊娠剖宫产产后出血临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨卡孕栓联合益母草注射液预防多胎妊娠剖宫产产后出血的临床意义。方法：选取本院2013年9月-2015年6月期间行择期剖宫产多胎妊娠孕妇100例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组62例和对照组38例，研究组剖宫产术中采用卡孕栓联合益母草注射液，对照组采用卡孕栓联合缩宫素注射液，比较两组术中出血量、术后2 h出血量和术后24 h出血量的变化情况。结果：研究组术中出血量、术后2 h出血量和术后24 h出血量均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），且研究组术后血红蛋白平均值下降程度较对照组明显有所好转，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：卡孕栓联合益母草注射液预防多胎妊娠剖宫产术中、术后出血安全有效，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 卡孕栓； 益母草； 多胎妊娠； 产后出血 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical significant of Carboprost combined with Motherwort injection to prevent postpartum hemorrhage after caesarian section for multiple pregnancy.Method：100 cases of multiple pregnancy cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the research group and the control group，the research group was dealed with Carboprost combined with Motherwort injection effectiveness，and the control group was dealed with Carboprost and Oxytocin injection，the effectiveness between the two groups were compared.Result：The amount of blood loss during operation，2 hours and 24 hours after operation of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05），and the postoperative hemoglobin average decline level was obviously improved in the research group than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Carboprost combined with Motherwort injection to prevent postpartum hemorrhage after caesarian section for multiple pregnancy is safety and effective，being worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Carboprost； Leonurus heterophyllus； Multiple pregnancy； Postpartum hemorrhage 　　First-author’s address：Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Jiujiang City，Jiujiang 332000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.07.025 　　产后出血的定义为胎儿娩出后24 h内失血量超过500 mL，剖宫产手术时超过1000 mL[1]。近年来，由于辅助生殖技术的成熟推广和临床应用，多胎妊娠发生率呈明显增高趋势，其中以双胎妊娠发生率最高，现今双胎妊娠多选择剖宫产术终止妊娠，而双胎（或多胎）妊娠孕妇因其子宫高度膨胀，胎盘附着面积大，孕期合并症多，是导致宫缩乏力的原因之一，从而易导致产后出血[2]。双胎妊娠导致的宫缩乏力是引起产后出血的重要因素，而胎
