医疗工艺设计在医院建设中重要作用 　　【摘 要】医疗改革初见成效，国家为了解决百姓看病难看病贵的问题，大力兴建医院工程，这几年中一部分医院或进行新建，或进行改扩建，医院建设工程从未停止过。我国改革开放不过30余年，专业性领域还存在些许不足，医院建筑设计行业亦是如此，没有专业教科书，也没有专业院校教授此类课程。至于专业人才，现在仍存留在一线的医院建设的设计师们，大多分为两类人，一类是凭借多年工作经验，在现实设计中努力拼搏，一边学一边建，但很多人缺乏系统性与专业性，更缺乏系统前瞻性，有些设计图纸阶段就已经落后现实使用功能，待医院建成，更不知落后现实几年了；另一类设计师是不懂装懂型，不管是什么样的医院、什么样的使用功能，都敢设计，根本谈不上专业性，有些就是照搬办公楼或是住宅楼的设计模式，为医院建设埋下许多隐患。许多医院在新建或扩建医院的过程中，忽视或不重视医院建筑设计中的医疗工艺设计，有些医院甚至不懂什么是医疗工艺设计，由于设计不到位，往往造成“三边工程”，边设计、边施工、边拆改，由于临时改动性很随意，缺乏整体考虑，有些医院在医院建成之后，重新去布置调整科室，使科室的医疗功能和医疗流程极不方便，一是很难用，二是无法修改，三是相关科室不能通过医疗卫生相关部门的检测验收，造成医院时间与金钱的无形浪费，也影响医院的整体医疗和经营活动。 　　【关键词】医疗工艺设计 医院建设 重要作用 　　【Abstract】Medical reform achieved， countries in order to solve the problem of people difficult and expensive to see a doctor， and vigorously to build hospital project， a part of this a few years in a hospital or new， or renovation and expansion， the hospital construction project has never ceased.
