单纯修补术及切除术对急性胃穿孔患者胃电参数及消化功能影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨单纯修补术及切除术对急性胃穿孔患者胃电参数及消化功能的影响。方法 2011年1月～2014年2月期间收治的90例急性胃穿孔患者，依据随机数字表法分为A组和B组，分别采用单纯修补术和切除术治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果、胃电参数和消化功能变化。结果 A组治疗总有效率（93.3%）显著高于B组（75.6%），差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 单纯修补术对急性胃穿孔患者胃电参数和消化功能影响低于切除术，疗效更好，但复发率较高，临床应根据患者个体情况进行选择。 　　[关键词]单纯修补术；切除术；急性胃穿孔；胃电参数；消化功能 　　[中图分类号] R656.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）10-18-04 　　Effect of simple repair and resection on EGG parameters and digestive function of patients with acute gastric perforation 　　YANG Zhiyong LIU Yue LI Deliang 　　First Department of General Surgery， Dongguan Tangxia Hospital， Dongguan 523721， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore effect of simple repair and resection on EGG parameters and digestive function of patients with acute gastric perforation. Methods 90 patients with acute gastric perforation who were admitted from January 2011 to February 2014 were randomly divided into group A and group B according to random number table. Group A was treated with simple repair groups B was treated with resection. Curative effects， EGG parameters and digestive function of patients in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was 93.3%， significantly higher than that of group B 75.6%. The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Effect of simple repair on EGG parameters and digestive function of patients with acute gastric perforation is lower than that of resection. It has a better curative effect and a high reoccurrence rate. Therefore， the clinical choice should be made according to the individual condition. 　　[Key words] Simple repair； Resection； Acute gastric perforation； EGG parameters； Digestive function 　　急性胃穿孔是由胃?⒀瘛⑽赴┑仍?因引起的急性消化系统疾病，该病发病急，若不及时救治会严重危害患者生命安全[1]。据报道[2]，临床尚未发现适合所有急性胃穿孔患者的治疗方法，目前临床以单纯修补术和切除术为主。尽管手术能够有效治疗并改善急性胃穿孔患者胃部功能状态，但手术性创伤又反过来影响患者的胃肠功能。刘海舟等[3]指出，不同的手术方式对胃穿孔患者胃部功能影响存在差异，因此，本研究选择胃电参数和消化功能作为胃功能评价指标，比较单纯修补术和切除术对急性胃穿孔患者胃功能的影响，以期为急性胃穿孔患者临床术式选择提供指导。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　2011年1月
