医疗优先分级调派系统与院前急救护理干预在脑卒中救治作用 　　【摘 要】目的 探讨医疗优先分级调派系统（MPDS）与院前急救护理干预在脑卒中救治中的作用。方法 收集2014年04月至2015年03月在合作医院确诊的急性脑卒中患者325例，根据送院方式不同分为MPDS指导下院前急救护理干预的患者171例为研究组，由患者家属送入院自行就诊的患者154例为对照组。收集统计两组病例的转（再转）诊比例、急救时间、死亡率等进行比较，总结急救和护理经验。结果 运用MPDS指导及院前急救护理干预的院前急救研究组病例的急救时间、死亡率及转（再转）诊病例显著低于自行就诊的对照组，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论 运用MPDS系统提高院前脑卒中的早期识别率，早期给予院前急救护理干预，为重症患者提供及时有效的救治，显著降低了脑卒中患者的院前死亡率。 　　【关键词】医疗优先分级调派系统；院前急救；护理干预；脑卒中 　　【Abstract】objective：To investigate the classification of Medical Priority Dispatch System（MPDS）and pre hospital emergency nursing intervention in stroke treatment effect.Method：Collected in April 2014 to 2015 march in cooperation hospital diagnosed acute cerebral stroke patients with 325 cases，according to the way to send a hospital different points before the MPDS guidance in the house of Commons first aid nursing intervention in patients with 171 cases as study group，by the families of patients sent to the hospital by treatment of patients with 154 cases as the control group.To collect and analyze the proportion of the two groups of patients，the proportion of the diagnosis，the first aid time and mortality，and to summarize the experience of first aid and nursing.Results：Before the use of the MPDS guidance and hospital emergency nursing intervention before emergency cases in the study group emergency time，mortality，and turn（turn）cases was significantly lower than that of self referred to the control group，the difference was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：To improve the rate of early identification of Institute of brain stroke with MPDS system given early pre hospital emergency care intervention，and providing services to patients with severe by pre hospital and in-hospital seamless timely and effective treatment，significantly reduced the stroke patients with pre hospital mortality. 　　【Key words】Medical Priority Dispatch System；Pre hospital care；Nursing intervention；Stroke 　　脑卒中作为我国急诊室常见的危害中老年人生命健康的主要急症，2014年版的中国急性脑卒中诊治指南中就明确指出：院前急救处理的关键就是迅速评估和急救处理脑卒中患者并尽快送到有条件的医院。医
