单纯减压和融合手术治疗腰椎滑脱患者临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：对比单纯减压和融合手术在治疗腰椎滑脱患者中的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2008年3月-2014年6月本院收治的63例行单纯减压或者融合手术治疗腰椎滑脱的患者的临床资料，按手术方式的不同将其随机分为单纯减压手术者31例（减压组）、减压联合融合手术者32例（融合组）。平均随访4.5年（1～6年）。回顾性观察两组患者的一般资料、影像学资料和手术数据。结果：两组患者的年龄、随访时间、手术节段、ASA分级及手术前情况比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。随访结束时，融合组的腰椎前凸角矫正效果明显优于减压组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；在手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量和手术并发症方面，减压组均明显优于融合组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：减压后钉棒融合手术效果较佳，单纯椎板切除减压创伤较小，两种手术方式各有利弊，但以融合为佳。 　　【关键词】 椎板减压术； 脊柱融合术； 腰椎滑脱 　　Clinical Research of Simple Decompression and Fusion Operation for the Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Patients/SONG Jie，DENG Yong-fa，ZHOU Gang，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（29）：034-037 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the clinical curative effects of simple decompression and fusion operation for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis patients.Method：The clinical data of 63 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis in our hospital underwent decompression or fusion operation treatment from March 2008 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different surgical procedures，they were randomly divided into 31 cases with simple decompression surgery（the decompression group） and 32 cases with decompression joint fusion surgery（the fusion group）.The average follow-up was 4.5 years（1-6 years）.The general data，imaging data and surgical data of the two groups were retrospectively observed.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in the age，follow-up time，surgical procedure，ASA grading and preoperative conditions between the two groups（P0.05）.At the last follow-up，the correction of lumbar lordotic angle（determined radiologically） was significantly better than the fusion group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The operation time，hospitalization time，intraoperative bleeding volume and operative complications of the decompression group were significantly better than those of the fusion group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Screw rod fusion surgery
