品管圈活动在降低外周静脉留置针非计划拔管中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探?品管圈活动在降低外周静脉留置针非计划拔管中的应用。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年2月外周静脉留置针患者76例作为研究对象，根据方法不同分为品管圈组和对照组，各38例。对照组实施常规护理，品管圈组开展品管圈活动降低非计划拔管率。比较两组的护理满意度、外周静脉留置针留置依从性、外周静脉留置针知识认知、患者非计划拔管率、护理人员专业知识水平、护理技术及团队凝聚力评分的差异。结果：品管圈组护理满意度高于对照组（ 字2=5.208，P=0.022）。品管圈组外周静脉留置针留置依从性、外周静脉留置针知识认知评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。品管圈组非计划拔管率低于对照组（P0.05）。品管圈组护理人员专业知识水平、护理技术及团队凝聚力评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：品管圈活动在降低外周静脉留置针非计划拔管中的应用效果确切，可提高护理人员专业知识水平、护理技术及团队凝聚力，可促进患者对外周静脉留置针知识的认知和置管依从性的提高，降低非计划拔管率，提高护理满意度，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 品管圈活动； 外周静脉留置针； 非计划拔管； 应用 　　Application of Quality Control Circle Activities in Unplanned Extubation of Peripheral Venous Indwelling Needle/ZHOU Juan，LIU Juan-mei.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（30）：096-099 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of quality control circle activities in reducing unplanned extubation of peripheral venous indwelling needle.Method：76 patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects，according to the different methods，they were divided into quality control circle group（QCC group） and control group，38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and QCC group carried out quality control circle activities to reduce unplanned extubation rate.The nursing satisfaction，peripheral venous indwelling needle compliance，cognition of peripheral venous indwelling needle knowledge，unplanned extubation rate，the score of nursing professional knowledge，nursing skills and team cohesion between two groups were compared.Result：The nursing satisfaction in QCC group was higher than that of control group（ 字2=5.208，P=0.022），the peripheral venous indwelling needle compliance and cognition of peripheral venous indwelling needle knowledge in QCC group were higher than those of control group（P 　　【Key words】 Quality control circle activity； Peripheral vein detaining needle； Unplanned extubation； Application 　　First-author’s address：Ji’an Central People’s Hospital，Ji’an 343000，China
