品管圈活动在提高留置尿管患者护理质量中应用分析 　　摘要目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高外科手术术后置尿管患者护理质量中的临床应用。方法：对我科2014年3月―11月收治的186例留置导尿管的住院患者进行调查，分析患者留置尿管过程中出现的护理问题、健康教育的知晓率以及护理人员健康教育的执行情况，通过成立护理品管圈，运用头脑风暴选定主题，原因解析、对策拟定、实施及检讨、效果评价并形成标准化等步骤，以及实施前后患者的健康教育和护理质量进行对比，观察改善效果。结果：实施QCC后，护理人员留置尿管知识掌握率、健康教育执行率、健康教育知晓率显著提高;此外，实施QCC后尿路感染、尿管受压、折叠，尿管未二次固定，翻身牵拉尿管等发生率也较实施前降低，两者差异具有统计学意义（Plt;O.05）。结论：品管圈活动在提高外科手术术后置尿管患者护理质量中具有积极的作用，值得推广。 　　关键词：品管圈;留置尿管;护理质量;应用分析 　　基金项目：重庆医科大学附属永川医院院内资助项目（YJFL201438） 　　Abstract： Objective： To investigate the clinical application of QCC activities in improving operation post catheter in patients with nursing quality . Methods： 186 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital in recent years were investigated with indwelling catheter，the implementation analysis of patients with indwelling catheter，nursing problems appeared in the process of the awareness rate of health education and nursing personnel health education，through the establishment of nursing quality control circle，used brain storm the chosen theme，caused analysis，formulation，implementation and Countermeasures review，effect evaluation and the formation of standardization and other steps，and the implementation of the patients before and after health education and nursing quality were compared，to observe the effect of improvement.Results： After implementation of QCC，the nursing staff knowledge rate of indwelling catheter、the implementation of health education、the awareness rate of health education significantly increased; in addition，after the implementation of QCC catheter，catheter without compression folding，fixed two times，turning over pulling catheter occurrence rate was also decreased with statistical significance before the implementation，the difference between them （Plt;O.05）.
