基于国家级人才培养基地双师型教师队伍建设与农科类应用型技术人才培养互动性研究与实践 　　摘 要：针对目前农科专业人才培养方式与市场或者技术前沿脱节，及湖南文理学院农科专业教师实践经验不足的农业人才培养的瓶颈问题，以湖南文理学院第一个教育部农科教合作人才培养基地――大湖水殖股份有限公司的建设为契机，进行了基于国家级人才培养基地的“双师型”教师队伍建设与农科类应用型技术人才培养的互动性研究与实践。在进行地方高校农科专业人才培养现状的调查基础上，提出校企联合培养农科专业人才新模式；遴选合作培养企业，与企业共同制定农科专业人才培养方案；培养“双师型”教师，制定考核评估体系；探索“双师型”队伍建设与农科类应用型技术人才培养的互动机制。在建设好基地的同时，打造了一支实践能力强的双师教学队伍，培养了适合行业、企业和用人单位需要的具有全面素质和综合应用能力的农科专门人才，实现了校企双赢。 　　关键词：双师型教师；农科教；人才培养；地方高校 　　中图分类号：G451.2 文献标识码：A DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2017.11.025 　　Abstract： In view of the bottleneck of agricultural talents cultivation in our university， the shortage of market or technology and practical experience of agricultural specialty teachers， the construction of double type teachers and research and practice of the interaction with the application of agricultural technology talents in the field of national talent training base was first training base of agricultural science and education cooperation talents in our school. Based on the investigation of cultivating agricultural talents in local colleges and universities， this paper put forward the new model of cultivating agricultural talents in combination with universities and enterprises， selected and cooperated to cultivate enterprises and cooperated with enterprises to develop agricultural talents training programs， formulate an assessment system， to explore the double type teachers team construction and agricultural application of technical personnel training interaction mechanism. As construct a good base， created a practical ability of double type teachers team， cultivated comprehensive quality and comprehensive application capacity of agrotechnical talents who would be fit for industry， enterprises and employers need it achieved a win-win school and business. 　　Key words： double professionally titled teachers； agricultural science and education； personnel training； local colleges and universities 　　近年?恚?我国高等教育事业发展的重心从扩大办学规模向提高教育质量转变。教育部于2014年出台“关于地方高校转型的指导性意见（征求意见稿）”要求地方高校以校企合作
