基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类周乃玉教授治疗类风湿关节炎用药规律 　　【摘 要】目的：对国家级名老中医周乃玉教授治疗类风湿关节炎的处方用药进行分析，总结出高频用药及配伍组合。方法：收集周乃玉教授治疗类风湿关节炎的处方，录入中医传承辅助平台，采用该软件集成规则分析、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法，分析周乃玉教授治疗类风湿关节炎的用药经验。结果：对筛选出的280首处方进行分析，确定处方中药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则，挖掘出高频药物，常用药物组合，16个核心组合和8首新处方。结论：周乃玉教授认为类风湿关节炎发病的内因是脾肾阳虚、气血不足，外因中寒湿之邪为主要的致病因素，同时十分重视痰浊瘀血、肝气郁结在类风湿关节炎发病中的作用。治疗上强调扶正固本，以调补气血为先、重视温补脾肾，同时将化痰逐瘀贯穿始终，辅以疏肝理气。中医传承辅助平台系统对于分析名老中医处方用药规律具有重要的实用价值。 　　【关键词】 关节炎，类风湿；周乃玉；用药规律；关联规则；复杂系统熵聚类；中医传承辅助平台 　　Professor ZHOU Naiyus Medication Rules in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis based on Association Rules and Complex System Entropy Clustering 　　SHAO Pei-pei，YANG Wei-bin，XIE You-hong，WANG Bei 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To analyze the prescribed drugs for rheumatoid arthritis（RA）by Professor ZHOU Nai-yu，a national famous physician of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），and to summarize the compatibility of high-frequency drugs.Methods：Professor ZHOU Nai-yus prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis were collected and input into the auxiliary inheritance platform of TCM.Data mining methods such as integration rules analysis，improved mutual information method are used to analyze his experience in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Results：After the two hundred and eighty selected prescriptions were analyzed，there were sixteen core combinations and eight new prescriptions excavated.Conclusion：Professor ZHOU Nai-yu believes that the internal causes of rheumatoid arthritis are yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and deficiency of qi and blood，and the pathogenic factors are cold and dampness，and meanwhile the roles of phlegm and stagnation of blood and stagnation of liver qi should be focused in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.In the treatment，we should emphasize strengthening the whole body and regard regulating qi and blood as the priority，paying attention to warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney.At the same time，removing phlegm and stasis should be done in the whole process of treatment，as well as relieving qi stagnancy in li
