桂林电子科技大学毕业论文 编号： 毕 业 论 文 课 题： 金蝶KIS工资管理模块 问题研究 学 院： 商学院 专 业： 会计学 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师单位： 姓 名： 职 称： 副教授 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 应用研究 软件开发 摘 要 随着当前经济的不断发展和科技的不断进步，会计行业已经不满足于手工记账，而慢慢发展出由计算机对会计数据进行自动化处理的电算化会计信息系统。本论文研究在会计人员操作金蝶KIS工资管理模块时会遇到什么样的问题，以及操作时要注意哪些事项。本论文采用实验法对金蝶KIS专业版财务软件工资模块进行研究，主要是通过对金蝶KIS专业版财务软件进行实践，熟悉金蝶软件工资部分的操作步骤；了解金蝶KIS专业版工资模块的功能，如：对工资进行管理，标准工资和计件（时）工资的核算，准确及时的工资费用的分配，银行代发、所得税的自动计算，强大的工资数据的引入引出功能等。在实验的过程中找出金蝶软件工资部分所遇到的问题；分析出现问题的原因，最后找出问题的解决办法，并提出相应的意见与建议。本文按照金蝶KIS专业版工资管理模块的操作顺序将在工资计算过程中会遇到的问题依次列出，按设置基础资料、工资数据录入、工资计算、月末费用分配；工资表输出几个部分来归纳问题，方便读者在操作过程中专门解决某一部分的问题。 关键词：金蝶KIS；工资管理；公式定义；费用分配；解决方法 Abstract In the modern society,because of the continuous development of the economy, and the advancement of science and technology, the accounting industry has not satisfied to charge by hand, accounting started to use computerized accounting information system. It accounted data automation processing by a computer.Kingdee KIS is a computerization management software which is widely used. The Salary management system of Kingdee KIS can realize the management of company employees and the wages to be automatic accounting. Production company can realize the daily management and accounting of the hourly wages or the piece rates, and the results of accounting is closely linked with every employee of the company. This paper research what problem the accounting will encounter when they use the Salary management system of Kingdee KIS, and what matters they should pay attention to while operating. This paper adopts experiment method to research the Salary management system of Kingdee KIS, carries on the practice of Kingdee KIS, proficient the operation steps of salary management system, understand the designed function of the Salary management system of Kingdee KIS, such as the manageme
