基于耕地质量评价土地整治项目选址研究 　　摘要：为了突出耕地质量评价对土地整治项目选址的影响，采用农用地分等方法，以延津县的几个项目片区为例，对整治工程实施前后的耕地质量进行评价。结果表明，在项目选址合理的情况下，通过实施土地整治工程，能够有效地提高耕地质量水平、增加粮食产能。建议在确定土地整治项目选址前先行开展耕地质量的预评价工作，并根据评价结果指导项目的实施；同时，建议将土地集中且面积较大、原始生产条件较好但开发利用水平较低的中低等别耕地作为整治工作的重点。 　　关键词：耕地质量；预评价；土地整治；选址 　　中图分类号：F301.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2017）16-3037-05 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2017.16.011 　　Study on Land Consolidation Project Location Based on Cultivated Land Quality Evaluation： A Case Study of Yanjin County in Henan 　　FAN Peng1，2，SHAO Hong-qi3，YANG Qing-wei1，2，SONG Yan-hua1 　　（1.Institute of Geography，Henan Academy of Sciences，Zhengzhou 450052，China；2.Henan Kefa Geography Research Institute Co.，Ltd.， 　　Zhengzhou 450052，China；3.Henan Land Consolidation Center， Zhengzhou 450016，China） 　　Abstract： In order to highlight the impact of farmland quality evaluation on land consolidation project site selection， adopting agricultural land classification method， taking several project area in Yanjin county as a case study， the cultivated land quality was evaluated before and after the implementation of the project. The results showed that， in the case of reasonable project location， through the implementation of land consolidation project，the quality of cultivated land and grain productivity could effectively improve and increase. It was suggested that the pre evaluation of cultivated land quality should be carried out before the land consolidation project was selected， and according to the evaluation results to guide the implementation of the project； Meanwhile， it was proposed that land concentration and larger area， and the middle and lower cultivated land with good production condition but low development and utilization level was the key point of the remediation work. 　　Key words： cultivated land quality； pre evaluation； land regulation； site selection 　　土地整治是指对低效利用、不合理利用、未利用以及生产建设活动和自然灾害损毁的土地进行整治的活动，其主要目的之一是通过提高耕地质量水平提高粮食产能，为保障国家粮食安全做贡献[1-3]。 　　土地整治项目实施前首先要解决的是项目选址问题，前期科学合理的选址是后期项目效益得以最大发挥
