基于生态位适宜度模型土地利用功能评价及调控 　　摘 要：根据区域土地利用的差异特性开展土地利用功能评价，是统筹土地利用，实现土地资源高效、集约化以及可持续利用的重要手段。为了协调土地功能差异与生态环境建设的关系，结合土地生态位概念，运用GIS中栅格数据的空间分析方法，从农业生产适宜性、城镇发展适宜性、生态环境适宜性等3个方面，构建了适宜性评价指标体系，同时运用生态位适宜性评价模型，以栅格单元为评价单位，对冀东山地丘陵区卢龙县进行生态位适宜性评价。评价结果显示，农业生产适宜性、城镇发展适宜性、生态环境适宜性区域差别明显。在生态位适宜性框架下，划分了优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区、禁止开发区等4个土地利用功能分区。分区结果显示，卢龙县北部注重生态环境建设，中部以农业发展为主，南部依托现有城镇发展体系，注重内部挖潜，合理扩张产业园区。通过土地利用功能评价与调控研究为卢龙县土地资源利用提出合理化建议。 　　关键词：生态位;功能分区;适宜性评价 　　中图分类号：F301.23 文献标识码：A DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2015.02.006 　　Land Use Functional Evaluation and Regulation based on Niche-fitness Model 　　ZHU Wei-ya1， WANG Xiao2，XU Zhi-wei2 　　（1.Land Surveying and Planning Institute of Shandong， Jinan， Shandong 25000， China; 2.Feicheng Municipal Bureau of State Land and Resources， Taian， Shandong 271600，China; ） 　　Abstract：According to the differences and coordination of land use， carring out the land use functional evaluation is an important method to realize efficient and intensive utilization of land resources. To coordinate the differences of land function and ecological environmental construction， combined land niche concept and applied spatial analysis methods of raster data in GIS， built up suitability evaluation index system selecting three aspects such as agricultural production suitability， urban development suitability and ecological environment suitability. Then evaluated Lulong County applying niche suitability evaluation model， selecting grid units as evaluation units. The evaluation results showed that there were obvious differences among areas of agricultural production suitability， urban development suitability， niche suitability. Under the framework of niche suitability， the area was divided into optimization development zone， important development zone， limited development zone and development-prohibited zone four land use functional zones. Zoning results showed that Lulong County focused on the ecological development in the northern area， and the agricultura
