河北大学2008届本科生毕业论文（设计） PAGE 东方纽蓝地二期总体规划 摘　　要 装 装 订 线 本项目位于鄂尔多斯市康巴什新区，用地东西宽为200米，南北约为243米。本地块西北临西支二路及万正商业广场,西南临西纬十三路，西北方向为经四路，东南临西支三路。地理位置条件十分优越。小区整体规划设计以水系为中心形成路网，区内道路自然流畅，停车方式全部为地下停车，完全做到人车分流，摒弃传统地下车库闭塞、阴暗的设计，处处有下沉式庭院增加车库的采光、通风及景观效果。地面除步道外基本为水景及绿化。景观延续一期水景的主题，主入口处设置大型叠水景观，入户路一侧设小水系相伴。户型设计上在一期基础上打造高端产品，从160平米到370平米（不含跃层）分为四个区段，户型配比丰富。小区延续一期住宅的地中海建筑风格，增加细部处理，打造高档居住社区。 关键词：康巴什新区；整体规划；延续；地中海建筑；水景 The architecture and planning design of Dongfangniulandi District ABSTRACT 装 装 订 线 The Project is located in New Kangbashi District of HYPERLINK dict://key.0895DFE8DB67F9409DB285590D870EDD/Ordos \o 查找: Ordos Ordos in Inner Mongolia HYPERLINK dict://key.0895DFE8DB67F9409DB285590D870EDD/autonomous%20region%20%28in%20China%29 \o 查找: autonomous region (in China) autonomous region. (Southwest of the land is xiwei 13 road.) Northwest of the land is Jingsi road. In the southeast is west three road. The geographical location conditions is very superior. Form a network around the center with drainage area overall planning design. Roads in the area are natural fluency. All garage are underground to separate the people and the cars. The design abandons the traditional underground garage model which is obturated and dark.
