多烯磷脂酰胆碱与左卡尼汀联用治疗酒精性肝病临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 研究并探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱与左卡尼汀联合治疗酒精性肝病的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月～2016年10月我院收治的100例酒精性肝病患者作为研究对象，采取计算机单盲分组法随机分为两组，对照组50例采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗，观察组50例采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱与左卡尼汀联合治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果、肝储备功能Child-Pugh评分、肝功能指标及血脂情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05）；两组患者治疗后的Child-Pugh评分、肝功能指标比治疗前均明显降低（P0.05），血脂指标也明显降低（P0.05），在治疗后，观察组的Child-Pugh评分、肝功能指标及血脂指标均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 在酒精性肝病治疗中，采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱与左卡尼汀联合治疗，可提高其治疗效果，有效地改善肝功能，还可对血脂水平予以控制。 　　[关键词]酒精性肝病；多烯磷脂酰胆碱；左卡尼汀 　　[中图分类号] R575.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（a）-0130-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline combined with Levocarnitine treatmtoent in alcoholic liver disease.Methods 100 cases of alcoholic liver disease patients were selected from January 2013 to October 2016 in our hospital as the research object，the patients were randomly divided into two groups by taking computer single blind grouping method，the 50 cases in the control group were treated with Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline treatment，the 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline and Levocarnitine treatment，the treatment effect，Child-Pugh score of liver function，liver function indexes and blood lipid were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P0.05）；compared with before treatment，the Child-Pugh score and liver function index in two groups after treatment were significantly decreased（P0.05），the blood lipid indexes were significantly decreased（P0.05），and after treatment，the Child-Pugh score，liver function index and blood lipid indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of alcoholic liver disease，the Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline and Levocarnitine combined therapy can improve the curative effect，improve liver function，also can be controlled on the level of blood lipids. 　　[Key words]Alcoholic liver d
