复旦大学与上海田径队联合培养中长跑运动员启示 　　摘要：复旦大学中长跑队是“自主型体教联合”的成功模式，其成功经验包括：对“自主型体教联合”培养模式的信赖和坚持、挑选合作伙伴的战略性思考、将队员“自我管理”制度化、克服协调学训矛盾，以及运动训练的科学化。不过，复旦中长跑队的“体教联合”在注册管理、制度建设、内部激励等方面仍有待完善，从制度、机制、资金等方面提出有针对性的建议。 　　关键词：学校体育；体教联合；中长跑队；自主培养；复旦大学 　　中图分类号：G807.4文献标志码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2014)04-0089-04 　　 　　Inspirations from middle and long distance runner cultivation jointly by 　　Fudan University and Shanghai Track and Field Team 　　YANG Jun1，YU Xing-bo2 　　（1.Department of Physical Education，Fudan University，Shanghai 200433，China； 　　2.The High School Affiliated，Fudan University，Shanghai 200433，China) 　　 　　Abstract: The middle and long distance running team of Fudan University is a successful mode of “independent cultural education and physical education united” cultivation, its successful experiences include the followings: trust and adherence to the “independent cultural education and physical education united” cultivation mode; strategic thinking about partner selection; institutionalizing the “self management” of team members; overcoming and coordinating the contradiction between cultural learning and physical training; making sports training scientific. However, the “cultural education and physical education united” cultivation of the middle and long distance running team of Fudan University still needs to be improved in terms of registration management, institution construction, internal stimulation etc, hence the author put forward some action specific suggestions in terms of institution, mechanism, fund etc. 　　Key words: school physical education；cultural education and physical education united；middle and long distance running team；independent cultivation；Fudan University 　　 　　 　　2013年9月8日，在沈阳奥林匹克中心进行的全运会女子1 500 m决赛中，代表上海出战的复旦大学中长跑运动员赵婧以4 min 12.32 s的成绩摘得桂冠。这枚金牌不仅是上海全运会历史上首枚中长跑项目的金牌，也是复旦大学百年历史上的首枚全运会金牌。紧接着赵婧又在9日晚进行的女子800 m决赛中以2 min2.36 s再夺金牌，成为本届全运会田径赛场上首位“双冠王”。 　　赵婧、王宇、张海坤等是在该届全运会田径赛场上接二连三夺冠的高校学生运动员，都是高校运动队与竞技体育机构联合培养(以下简称“体教联合”)出来的，是对“体教联合”培养模式的又一次成功证明。本研究试图在总结复旦大学中长跑队与上
