基于需求侧用人单位满意度调查研究 　　摘 要 供给侧改革的要求，调整高校人才培养创新模式，加大供给端的有效供给量，激活需求侧潜力，实现最优配置。本文是对高职院校建筑工程技术专业的用人单位需求侧满意度进行调查，针对调查分析数据，采取措施，提高人才的有效供给率，遏制无效和低效供给。 　　关键词 需求侧 满意度 调查 　　中图分类号：G459 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkz.2018.05.085 　　Abstract The requirements of the supply side reform， adjust the innovative mode of personnel training in universities， increase the effective supply of the supply side， activate the demand side potential and achieve the optimal allocation.
