复合乳酸菌胶囊对肝硬化患者小肠细菌过生长及血氨作用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗肝硬化患者的小肠细菌过度生长及血氨的有效性。方法：选取笔者所在医院2012年6月-2013年12月收治的80例乙肝肝硬化伴有SIBO的患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组给予常规药物治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予复合乳酸菌胶囊0.66 g/次，口服，3次/d，疗程均为4周。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血氨浓度变化。结果：治疗4周后，治疗组的治疗有效率77.5%（31/40）明显高于对照组的27.5%（11/40），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组治疗4周后的血氨水平均明显低于治疗前，且治疗组的血氨水平（42.7±10.3）μmol/L明显低于对照组的（76.6±8.5）μmol/L，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：复合乳酸菌胶囊对肝硬化患者的小肠细菌过度生长有显著疗效，且能显著降低血氨水平，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 复合乳酸菌胶囊； 肝硬化； 小肠细菌过生长； 血氨 　　中图分类号 R657.31 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）35-0001-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of Lactobacillus Complex Capsules on SIBO and plasma ammonia of the patients with cirrhosis.Method：80 hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with ISBO positive in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected，they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group，40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drugs treatment，the treatment group was given Lactobacillus Complex Capsules on the basis of conventional therapy，0.66 g/time，took orally，three times a day，the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical effect and changes of plasma ammonia concentration before and after treatment.Result：After 4 weeks treatment，the total effective rate of treatment group was 77.5%（31/40），it was significantly higher than 27.5%（11/40） of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The level of plasma ammonia after 4 weeks treatment in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment，the level of plasma ammonia in treatment group was （42.7±10.3）μmol/L，it was significantly lower than （76.6±8.5）μmol/L，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Lactobacillus Complex Capsules on cirrhotic patients with SIBO has remarkable curative effect，and can reduce the levels of plasma ammonia，is worthy of clinical use. 　　【Key words】 Lactobacillus Complex Capsules； Cirrhosis； SIBO； Plasma ammonia 　　小肠细菌过度生长（small intestinal bacterial
