大面积烧伤患者实施综合康复护理对提高其生活质量影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨综合康复护理对大面积烧伤患者生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2013年6月～2015年2月在我院就诊的96例大面积烧伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各48例，对照组患者采用常规烧伤护理，观察组患者在常规护理的同时配合综合康复护理，两组患者出院后均跟进随访6个月，对比两组患者生活质量。 结果 两组患者的生活质量均较治疗前明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者护理后的生活质量优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 大面积烧伤患者采用综合康复护理可以有效地促进伤口愈合，减少感染和并发症的发生，提高患者生活质量，促使患者更快康复，值得广泛应用于临床。 　　[关键词] 综合康复护理；大面积烧伤；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.75 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（c）-0178-03 　　Impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the life quality of large area burn patients 　　LING Shao-mei PAN Bao-huan WANG Gui-lian LU Miao-ying FAN Xi-mei 　　Department of Urinary，Burn and Plastic Surgery，Shunde District First People′ Hospital of Foshan in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the life quality of large area burn patients.
