妇科恶性肿瘤患者生存质量调查分析 　　【摘要】目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量。方法选用妇科恶性肿瘤患者生存质量量表,评估192例妇科恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量,并与190例同龄妇科良性肿瘤患者进行对比分析。结果妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量子量表的疾病特征、家庭经济状况、生理状态、心理状态、躯体性焦虑、社会生活状态、自身满意程度、诊查时表现及综合评价等分值明显高于妇科良性肿瘤的对照组(P0.001),影响因素分析表明,有无配偶、是否由配偶照顾、夫妻关系、家人的健康状况、负性生活事件的有无、学历、原职业及患病后有无工作均对其生存质量有影响。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者生存质量较良性肿瘤患者差,在临床治疗工作中,既要重视延长生存期,也要重视提高患者的生存质量。 　　【关键词】 妇科肿瘤生存质量调查分析 　　中国图分类号:R737.3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-0515(2010)08-037-03 　　Gynecology department m alignant tumor patients survival quality diagnosis 　　CHEN XiaojuZHU peiyi 　　【Abstract】 ObjectiveTO investigatethelife quality of women with m alignant gynecologic tumors.MethodeUse the scale about the life quality of women with m alignant gynecologic tumors to evaluate the life quality of one hundred and ninety-two cases with m alignant gynecologic tumors,and to contrast with one hundred and ninety cases withgynecologicbenign tumors . ResultsThe score ofthe genius morbi , the economic status of the family、the physiological status , the psychic status , the somaticanxiety , thestateofsocial life ,the satisfaction degree ofoneself , the representation for the examination andthe compositiveevaluationin the scale about the life quality of women with m alignant gynecologic tumors are all obviously higher than that of the control group (P0.001).The analyses of influencing factorindicated that have a spouse or not ,look aftered by spouse or not , the relationship of couple , the health status of the family members、have a negative life events or not , the academic career, the virgin vocation and have a job or not after with the disease are all can effect the life quality. ConclusionThe life quality ofthe cases with m alignant gynecologic tumors is worse than that of the cases with gynecologicbenign tumors.
