需求與存貨相依且具貨架空間限制之寄銷存貨模式 A consignment stock model with stock-dependent demands and limited shelf space 摘 要 近年來寄銷存貨是一個被廣泛討論與應用的議題，其特性是供應商將貨物先 存放在零售商的貨架空間，直到零售商實際使用貨物時才付費給供應商，此一存 貨模式可以有效的降低零售商的管理成本。本研究假設供應商會直接將貨物存放 於零售商的貨架空間，因此衍生出零售商貨架空間不足的問題。此外傳統的存貨 模型，通常假設需求為固定常數且與存貨水準獨立，這樣假設條件無法真實表現 出現實際情況。 之前文獻未有討論寄銷存貨以及需求與存貨相依的形式，Lee and Wang （2008 ）建立有倉儲限制的寄銷存貨模型，本研究延伸此模型並考慮當需求與存 貨水準相依時，來建立利潤最大化之理論模型，並以供應商運送次數、零售商補 貨次數和製造商生產批量當作決策變數。 本研究提出之模型，將可幫助零售商與供應商決定最佳補貨次數、運送次數 與訂購量以及行銷上之決策，其目的可使得供應商與零售商之整體平均利潤最 大。最後藉用數值範例和敏感度分析解釋所提出之模型。 關鍵字： 需求與存貨相依、寄銷存貨、貨架空間限制 - 1 - Abstract The management of consignment stock was developed and discussed recently. Because of the characteristic of consignment stock, the vender will ship all of production lots to buyer’s warehouse until the buyer’s warehouse is full. The buyer will pay for the items once they are used. Such a kind of stock model can help the buyer reduce the management cost. However, the capacity of the buyer’s warehouse is often constrained. Besides, classical inventory models usually assume that the demand is constant and independent of inventory level. Therefore, this study will build a model with stock-dependent demand and limited warehouse capacity.
