妇科癌症患者整体护理对策 　　[摘要] 目的 对比分析整体护理在提高妇科癌症患者生活质量中的作用。 方法 选取2008年1月～2010年12月在本院治疗的妇科癌症患者108例为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组54例和对照组54例。两组均行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上行整理护理策略，内容包含心理护理、疾病护理、生活护理、社会支持和出院指导等。护理干预1年后，对观察组和对照组评分，比较两组患者的生活质量。 结果 观察组于整体护理1年后，总分明显高于对照组，各项评分与对照组相比，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 整体护理策略对妇科癌症患者生活质量的提高具有重要作用，个体化的整体护理干预可以显著提高患者生活质量。 　　[关键词] 整体护理干预；妇科癌症；生活质量；护理对策 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）02（c）-0135-02 　　 　　Integral nursing measures of patients with gynecological cancer 　　LEI Luojiao1 ZHOU Liping2 WANG Youdi1 　　1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Humen Chinese Medicine Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province, Dongguan 523938, China; 2.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Taiping Peoples Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province, Dongguan 523900, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare and analyze the effect of integral nursing care in improving the life quality of patients with gynecologic cancer. Methods One hundred and eight cases of patients with gynecologic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group of 54 cases and control group of 54 cases. Conventional nursing care was taken in both groups. Based on the conventional nursing care, the integral nursing care was taken in the observation group, which included psychological care, illness care, life care, social support and discharge guidance, and so on. After one year of nursing intervention, the two groups were given a mark to compare the quality of life. Results After one year of integral nursing care, the total score of the observation group was much higher than the control group. Compared with control group, the differences of all scores were statistically significant (P 0.05).
