妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤诊治体会 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨利用腹腔镜行妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤手术的可行性、手术要点及临床价值。 方法 对我院2010年6月～2014年6月收治的120例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的手术方式、手术时间、出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院天数、并发症等进行分析，随机选取同期55例为传统开腹手术组和65例为腹腔镜手术组资料进行比较。结果 ①开腹组和腹腔镜组的手术时间分别为（30.2±5.2）min和（20.1±4.6）min（P0.05），术中出血量分别为（50.2±10.1）mL和（15.2±4.2）mL（P0.01），术后肛门排气时间分别为（36±11）h和（19±8）h（P0.05），术后住院天数分别为（4.0±1.6）d和（8.2±1.5）d（P0.05）；②开腹组和腹腔镜组术后发生流产分别有3例和0例，腹部切口愈合不良分别有4例和0例，术后发热有2例和0例。 结论 腹腔镜组手术效果好，其手术操作时间缩短、术中出血、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院天数、术后并发症均减少。 　　[关键词] 妊娠；卵巢肿瘤；开腹手术；腹腔镜手术 　　The experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment on pregnancy associated with ovarian tumors 　　WANG Na ZHANG Liya NIE Xiaocui 　　No.4 Ward of the Maternity and Infant Hospital of Shenyang City，Shenyang 110011，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the feasibility， operation of ovarian tumor in pregnancy by laparoscopic operation points and clinical value. Results （1）The operation time of open and laparoscopic group was （30.2±5.2） min and （20.1±4.6）min（P0.05）， intraoperative blood loss were （50.2±10.1）mL and（15.2±4.2）mL respectively （P0.01）， postoperative anal exhaust time was（36±11）h and（19±8）h（P0.05），postoperative hospital days were （4.0±1.6） d and （8.2±1.5）d （P0.05）； （2）The open operation group and the laparoscopic group were 3 cases and 0 case of postoperative abortion，there were 4 cases and 0 case of abdominal incision healing bad， there were 2 cases and 0 case occurred postoperative fever. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery group， the operation time is shortened， intraoperative bleeding， postoperative anal exhaust time，postoperative hospitalization day
