家庭雾化吸入糖皮质激素治疗在儿科呼吸系统疾病中应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 分析家庭雾化吸入糖皮质激素治疗在儿科呼吸系统疾病中的应用价值。方法 收集2015年6月～2017年6月我院儿科呼吸系统疾病患儿共90例，根据电脑机选，随机分组原则分为常规组（45例）和实验组（45例）。常规组患儿接受常规方式治疗，实验组患儿接受家庭雾化吸入糖皮质激素治??。观察两组患儿治疗期间临床症状的改善情况，并对各组家属满意度以及治疗总有效率分析比较。结果 实验组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.56%（43/45）；常规组患儿的治疗总有效率为84.44%（38/45），实验组患儿显著高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组患儿无论是在喘息消失时间、胸症状消失时间还是呼吸困难消失时间均短于常规组（P0.05）。实验组患儿家属对患儿治疗效果的总满意度为95.56%，比对照组的82.22%显著升高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将家庭雾化吸入糖皮质激素运用到儿科呼吸系统疾病的治疗中能够显著提升患儿的治疗率，降低和缓解患儿的各项临床症状，提升整体的治疗效果，临床中值得推广使用。 　　[关键词]家庭雾化吸入糖皮质激素；儿科；呼吸系统；糖皮质激素 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（b）-0077-03 　　The application value of home atomization inhaled glucocorticoids in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases 　　MEI Wen-jing ZOU Li FANG Xing HE Ying-hui ZENG Xue-fei 　　Department of Pediatrics，Central People′s Hospital of Huizhou City，Guangdong Province，Huizhou 516000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the application value of home atomization inhaled glucocorticoids in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods Slected 90 cases of pediatric respiratory disease patient in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017，and divided into routine group （45 cases） and experimental group （45 cases） randomly according to computer machine selection，the control group was received routine treatment，the experimental group was received the treatment of home atomization inhaled glucocorticoids.The improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups was observed，and the family satisfaction and the total effective rate of treatment were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the experimental group was 95.56% （43/45），the total effective rate of the treatment in routine group was 84.44% （38/45），the effect of experimental group was significantly higher than that the routine group，comparison between groups with statistical significance（P 　　[Key words]Home atomization inhaled glucocorticoids；Department of pediatrics；Respiratory system；Glucocorticoids
