宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕围手术期护理效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨围术期护理在宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕中的临床效果。方法 选择2012年7月～2014年2月于我院行宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗的46例输卵管性不孕患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组（23例）围术期采取常规护理，观察组（23例）予以围术期综合护理，比较分析护理效果。结果 两组均顺利完成手术，观察组术后无并发症，对照组并发症发生率9.52%，观察组术后症状自评量表中躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对评分均明显好于对照组，差异比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 围术期护理为宫、腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕提供了可靠保障，降低了术后并发症，改善了心理状态，值得临床加强重视。 　　[关键词] 宫腔镜；腹腔镜；输卵管性不孕；围手术期护理 　　[中图分类号]R473.71#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）08-111-03 　　 　　Effectiveness analysis of perioperative nursing of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility 　　LIANG#8195;Zhifang#8195;#8195;LIAO#8195;Yanwen 　　Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Luoding, Luoding 527200, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of perioperative care of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility. Methods46 cases of patients with tubal infertility were selected as research object, who received hysteroscopy and laparoscopy surgery in our hospital from July 2012 to February 2014. The patients were divided into 2 groups. In the perioperative period, conventional care was taken by the control group(23 cases), and comprehensive care was taken by the observation group(23 cases). The effect of clinical care was compared and analyzed. ResultsBoth groups successfully operated. There were no complications in the observation group. Complication rate of the control group was 9.52%. Somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility scores of symptom checklist for observation group were significantly better than the control group. The difference had statistically significance(P＜0.05). ConclusionPerioperative care offers reliable protection for tubal infertility by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy surgery, which reduces postoperative complications, and improves the state of mind.
