安舒环与TCu220节育器在育龄期避孕妇女中应用效果对比 　　【摘要】目的：研究安舒环与TCu220节育器的临床应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月至2015年1月来我站自愿接受节育器避孕的育龄妇女200例，依照数字法随机将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例妇女，对照组采用TCu220节育器，观察组采用安舒环节育器，观察并对比两组妇女的使用效果。结果：观察组脱落、各种原因取出的人数显著少于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组妇女置环后不良反应总发生率要明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察两组妇女随访期间宫内节育器终止使用的情况，发现观察组显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用安舒环进行避孕能有效减少不良反应的产生，避孕效果显著。 　　【关键词】安舒环；TCu220；节育器 　　Application effect of phil Anschutz ring and TCu220 intrauterine device in the contraception for women of childbearing ageHAN Fading1， ZHANG Danyu2， TANG Xiujuan1. 1.Department of Family Planning， Wenchang Family Planning Service Station， Wenchang 571300， Hainan， China； 2.Department of Family Planning， Shenzhen People’s Hospital， Shenzhen 518000， Guangdong， China 　　【Abstract】Objectives： To explore effect of the phil anschutz ring and TCu220 intrauterine device （IUD） in the contraception for women of childbearing age. Methods： 200 women of reproductive age voluntarily accepted intrauterine device in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group， each group of 100 cases. The control group received TCu220， while observation group received phil anschutz ring. The effect of two groups was observed. Results： The number of women whose IUD was taken out in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group， with statistically significant difference （P0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， with statistically significant difference （P0.05）. In the follow-up period， number of women that terminated the use of intrauterine device in the observation group was significantly less than the control group， with statistically significant difference （P0.05）.
