家庭心理康复治疗对脑卒中患者情绪控制及生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究对脑卒中患者实施家庭心理康复治疗对其情绪及生活质量的影响。 方法 方便选取该院于2014年6月―2016年9月期间收治的120例脑卒中出院患者，随机分为对照组（调查及随访）与观察组（调查、随访基础上加用家庭心理康复治疗）。采用SAS与SDS评分了解患者研究前后情绪变化情况，采用SF-36生活质量量表对比两组患者研究后生活质量差异性。结果 观察组研究前SAS与SDS评分为（74.12±5.31）分、（71.94±4.26）分，与对照组（73.52±4.71）分、（72.74±3.55）分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），研究后对照组SAS与SDS评分为（64.27±4.28）分、（65.84±3.95）分，观察组为（47.25±3.11）分、（52.17±4.01）分，两组均有所改善（P0.05），观察组改善程度大于对照组（P0.05）。观察组治疗后生活质量评分为（82.43±4.33）分，明显高于对照组（71.27±5.18）分（P0.05）。结论 对脑卒中患者加强家庭心理康复治疗可明显改善患者情绪状态，提升生活质量，具有推广价值。 　　[关键词] 脑卒中；家庭心理康复；生活质量；情绪状态 　　[中图分类号] R743 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（b）-0023-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of family psychological rehabilitation treatment on the emotional control and quality of life of stroke patients. Methods Convenient selection 120 cases of stroke discharged patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group were surveyed and followed up， while the observation group added the effect of family psychological rehabilitation treatment on the emotional control and quality of life of stroke patients on the basis of the control group， and the changes of emotions of patients were known by the SAS and SDS scores， and the difference in the quality of life after research was compared between the two groups by the SF-36 quality of life scale. Results There were no obvious differences in SAS and SDS scores before research between the observation group and the control group[（74.12±5.31）points，（71.94±4.26）points vs （73.52±4.71）points，（72.74±3.55）points]（P0.05）， after research， the SAS and SDS scores in the control group and the observation group were respectively （64.27±4.28）points，（65.84±3.95）points and （47.25±3.11）points，（52.17±4.01）points， and the scores of both groups were improved（P0.05）， and the improvement degree in the observation group was bigger than that in the control group（P0.05）， after treatment， the quality of
