定期随访对糖尿病患者自觉体检和空腹血糖效果影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析糖尿病行定期随访对其自觉体检与空腹血糖的效果影响。方法 资料选取该院2013年10月―2014年10月收治糖尿病90例患者进行回顾性分析，根据护理时不同护理方案分成两组，将住院期间常规护理（不予定期随访）38例患者设为对照组，将行出院后定期随访52例患者设为观察组，对两组自觉体检、空腹血糖的效果与生活质量进行对比。结果 观察组自觉体检率84.62%比对照组68.42%高，且空腹血糖恢复正常所占比例比对照组高（P0.05）。 结论 糖尿病患者行定期随访效果显著，有利于强化患者血糖自我体检意识，改善血糖水平，对糖尿病相关并发症发生起到预防与延缓作用。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；定期随访；自觉体检；空腹血糖；效果 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）03（a）-0007-02 　　Effect of Regular Follow-up on Subjective Physical Examination and Fasting Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Diabetes 　　ZHU Xiao-hong1， WANG Cui-li2 　　1. College of Nursing， Shandong University， Jinan， Shandong Province， 250013 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of regular follow-up on subjective physical examination and fasting blood glucose level in patients with diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 90 cases with diabetes admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014. In accordance with the different nursing regimen given to the patients， the patients were divided into two groups， the control group（38 cases） treated by the conventional nursing during the hospitalization without regular follow-up， and the observation group （52 cases） treated by the regular follow-up after the discharge. The rate of subjective physical examination， fasting blood glucose level and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of subjective physical examination was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group （84.62% vs 68.42%） （P0.05）. The rate of fasting glucose level returning to the normal level was notably higher in the observation group than that in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes， regular follow-up has significant effect， which is conducive to strengthening the consciousness of subjective physical examination of the blood glucose
