万方数据 万方数据 THE RESEARCH OF S COMPAMY FOR PROBLEM AND SOLUTION OF EHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT EHS is the abbreviation of environment, health and safety. The EHS management system of S company was established in 2008, and has experienced nearly 6 years of development history, but many problems still exist in EHS management and operation, which have great influence on EHS performance and hinder the sustainable development. This thesis analyzed the EHS management system of S company, find and analyse the main problem, provide the solution for the improvement of the EHS management system and the sustainable development of green and safety production. First, this thesis introduces the background, significance, process and methods of the research; Second, introduce the theoretical basic, including development process of EHS management, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards, PDCA model of improvement; Third, base on the literature study of EHS management system, design and conduct a questionnaire survey of employees, analyse the results after collection and statistics of questionnaire data, find the main problems of EHS management system, including four aspects of ability training, internal communication, operational control and employee awareness; Fourth, conduct the face-to-face and telephone interviews with employees from S company and group headquarter, in order to find out the opinions and suggestions for the problems of EHS management system from the employees; Finally, base on analyzing the problems and taking employees’ suggestion, provide a series of feasible solutions, including optimization of the training system, expansion of internal communication, improvement of the operation control, construction of performance management and enterprise culture.
