I II Abstract Performance appraisal is an important content of human resource management, has been brought to the attention of all walks of life both at home and abroad. The effective use of performance appraisal system, can arouse the enthusiasm of staff, and constantly improve business performance, and for the companys future development has played a very positive role. This paper based on the literature of performance appraisal, SY auto 4s dealer, for example in line with the principle of combining theory with practice, analyzes the SY auto 4s dealer, present situation and the existing performance appraisal methods and main content, and reference to the relevant research results at home and abroad and management practices, key reference balanced score card evaluation method, and combining with SY automobile 4s dealer the actual condition of performance appraisal, through discussion, questionnaire investigation, fully listen to the opinions of the company management and employee representatives, based on the optimized design out of the SY automobile 4s dealer of the new performance appraisal system and achieved good results. Thesis according to SY auto 4s dealer performance appraisal system has carried on the detailed analysis of existing problems, puts forward the process of target recognition, tracking, performance evaluation, the application of four links should be circular frame structure of the relationship. This paper, by using scientific performance appraisal theory, combined with the feature of SY auto 4S dealer management and organization structure, etc., design a set of suitable for SY automobile sales and service enterprise performance appraisal system, improve SY auto 4s dealer in order to achieve the purpose of the employees work performance.
