THE REASON OF S CHAIN CATERING COMPANYS EMPLOYEES TURNOVER AND THE COUNTERMEASURE RESEARCH
ABSTRACT
Catering enterprises as an important part of modern market economy, it holds the social employment, promote, national tax value-added services industry and the life demand and other important role. The stability of the human resource is very important for the strategic development of catering enterprises.
This article summarized the domestic and foreign related research, on the basis of combining S chain catering companys actual situation. Analyze the reason of company S employee turnover from three aspects which is the employees individual factors, organizational factors and social environmental factors. This paper argues that influence S chain catering company employees, especially employees at the grass-roots level factors mainly for leaving the company: employees individual features and ability, career orientation, the influence of enterprise brand, human resources management cant effectively
cooperate with enterprises strategic development planning, enterprise culture lack of stability, the regulation of national policy, catering job status, the imbalance between labor supply and demand, the development of communication technology and transportation. The countermeasures including cultivating military execution, setting up the guidance mechanism, building the communication platform, creating a pleasant working atmosphere, improving enterprise brand, making the human resources management could catch up with the strategy development, improving the enterprise culture construction, improving the social status of the catering industry and strengthen the cultivation of the restaurant staff. This article expect that through the research, alleviate S chain catering companys employee turnover status quo, and provide a reference for other catering enterprises, chain catering enterprises and using for reference.
